Work Experience June-December During last year's week of work experience more than 100 pupils from S4 participated in the programme attending a wide variety of workplaces locally and nationally. The vast majority of placements occur during the week following the October holiday.

What did you learn form the day?
To have more confidence and get on better in groups.  About business. How business works.  How important hard work is.  How to solve problems and how to combine ideas.   A lot about real life business works. The real business world.  I learned that teamwork and co-operation is essential in business.  How business works and the decisions you need to make.  How to solve problems, working with others and about interviews.  That I am a good leader.  I learned that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. To make yourself be heard.  To communicate with other people.  Social skills.

Additional Comment
Jim is the best ever!  He was fun and made the day better.  Thought Jim was very good and funny. Banter. It was so interesting and strangely fun!  Jim is a legend. Thank you helping me overcome my fear of talking in front of people. Whey hey. Jim is a legend!
