Promoting Positive Behaviour

Members of Department

In order to meet our aim we will:

• support our pupils intensively and encourage them to look at their behaviour and so make appropriate changes

• promote positive behaviour in classes, small groups and in one to one settings and so, raise self-esteem

• seek alternative strategies within and out with school to help meet individual needs

• involve pupils and their parents in the decision-making processes with external agencies and so, foster partnerships

• recognise the successes and achievements of our pupils

• continually try to improve our provision for pupils and staff
